Managing diverse bidding teams in person and remotely, providing leadership and management of the bidding process, challenging the norm, leading solution development and encouraging continuous improvement. I develop and communicate clear tender programmes, scheduling activities including storyboarding and reviews, championing the development of quality submissions to meet Client requirements and bid strategy.
